Synopsis: Arab terrorists blow up a New York City bus in a suicide mission to force the United States to release a suspected terrorist. With their demands unmet, they escalate the terrorism, blowing up a Broadway theater during a sold-out performance and sending the entire city into a flight of panic. An anti-terrorist agent heads up the investigation to weed out the terrorists, and finds that not only must he deal with the ticking-clock of the culprits but a secret C.I.A. operation, as well.
