Synopsis: A war-decorated Marine Colonel is unjustly accused of firing into a crowd of women and children during a protest at the U.S. Embassy in Yemen. With the forces of his government and profession aligned against him, he seeks out his former commanding officer, now an alcoholic attorney, to defend him in the court martial.
