Synopsis: A law-school graduate and perennial slacker "adopts" a five-year old boy to impress his girlfriend that he is a responsible type. She dumps him anyway and when he tries to return the kid to Social Services, he finds he must keep the boy for a time. Together, the two childish personalities learn about life, dealing with the tribulations of bed-wetting and finding public restrooms as needed.

Comment: Low six figure spec acquisition. The story of an immature theme park worker whose fears of adulthood, responsibility and commitment are changed forever when he suddenly finds himself caring for a 6 year old boy left on his doorstep after his best friend leaves him behind to get married. TV rights went to Fox for 30 million and USA after 2002.
