Synopsis: A Mummy, who was a high priest in ancient Thebes, has long been entombed at the legendary City of the Dead. When he is unearthed by competing plunderers and fortune seekers, the Mummy sets out to kill all those who perpetrated the opening. With each killing, the Mummy regenerates slightly, enough to fall in love and nourish his ability to unleash sundry Biblical-level plagues.

Comment: original script based on a bram stoker novel, is set in ireland rather than the traditional setting of egypt, found in the classic mummy horror stories. contempo story follows a young woman who is traveling to her ancestral home with her husband and child and is attempting to rid herself of a substance abuse problem. the woman encounters a mummified druid, whio may be one of her ancestors.
