Synopsis: A sea research facility, plagued by funding problems as well as a tropical storm headed toward it, encounters a more horrifying calamity. The head researcher, who has embarked on experiments for an Alzheimer's cure by increasing the brain size of sharks, finds that the potions she feeds them to increase their brain size, makes them not only smarter but meaner. After a short time of such treatment, the three test sharks burst out of their captive waters and begin a deadly rampage.
