Synopsis: Two families do battle in a deadly turf war on Oakland's waterfront controlled by rival black and Chinese syndicates. When the son of the Chinese syndicate is murdered, his older brother escapes from a Hong Kong jail and heads to America to avenge the death. He makes an unlikely alliance along the way, teaming up with the beautiful daughter of the leader of the black syndicate whose own brother is murdered in retaliation. Together, they attempt to straighten out the turf wars and ensure a lasting peace.
