Synopsis: When Sergeant Albert "Pally" Lamarr is forced to leave the "NYPD" due to health reasons, his crooked brother, Ray, convinces him to purchase a washed up race horse named "Delivery Boy" and make him a champion once again. The horse is then stolen by the mob and in the process of getting him back, a murder occurs. A battle then ensues for money that is owed as well as the horse.
