Synopsis: Carter, a strong-arm debt collector, has his solitary world shaken when his brother dies. Returning home to Seattle, he begins to see that he has left a lot of big personal debts with his family, and soon comes to suspect that his brother was murdered. Trying to repay for the personal wounds he has left behind, he sets out to find his brother's murderers. Teaming with his estranged teenage daughter, Carter encounters the horrible underbelly of Seattle, while confronting the dark shades of his inner being, as well.
