Synopsis: After $42 million is stolen from the New York Treasury, a Treasury Department investigator turns to a petty crook, who has shared a jail cell with one of the gold thieves. Implanting a homing device in the crook, the investigator uses him to draw out the real master mind behind the theft and eventually find the gold.
