Synopsis:
In 1964, a young charming charlatan and counterfeiter runs away from home at sixteen and embarks on a two year romp as a Pan Am co-pilot, a gig that allowed him to hitch more than two million miles without paying a cent. Along the way, the teen also purports to be the chief resident pediatrician at a Georgia hospital, poses as an assistant attorney general in Louisiana and lands a professorship of American history at a French university. By the time he is apprehended, two years later, the teen has generated $6 million worth of bad checks in all fifty states and in twenty six foreign countries. All of this before his 18th birthday.
He was the youngest man on the FBI's most wanted list and later became a consultant to them.
