Synopsis: A lawyer who finds the dead body of a murdered girl on his morning jog. He calls the police to report the tragedy, and a day later is called in to be interrogated as a suspect and becomes involved in the nerve-fraying depiction of an off-kilter crime investigation.

Comment: Remake of the 1981's French "Garde a Vue", directed by Claude Miller. An adaptation of a novel by John Wainwright entitled BRAINWASH, UNDER SUSPICION Screens at Cannes Film festival 2000 out of Competition. Also known as 'Third Degree'
