Synopsis: A frazzled professional football coach tries to guide his team to the playoffs amid a rush of on-field and off-field problems. With his capricious team owner threatening to sell the team and with his star quarterback injured, he’ forced to rely on a cocky newcomer to guide the team’s offense. On the other side of the ball, his star middle linebacker is one hit away from severe nerve damage. Beset by the win-at-all-costs philosophy, the coach struggles to survive not only the cutthroat competition but the blindsides of his colleagues and boss.
