Synopsis: Having moved to Chicago on disability leave, an ex-FBI agent learns that the serial killer who almost destroyed him in L.A. is now in the Windy City. When the killer starts sending him photos of his victims, the FBI agent resumes his duties, eventually involving his female psychiatrist in the grisly game of cat-and-mouse.
