Synopsis: An FBI agent on a long quest to bring a ruthless mob boss to justice finds a witness and puts him on a commercial flight from Hawaii to L.A. Trouble is, the mob boss has loaded the cargo with all kinds of venomous snakes.

Comment: Originally sold in 2000 as a pitch to MTV Films and Finkelman Prod. (see History). Project went into turnaround and NL p/u.
