Synopsis: A brutal serial killer is on the loose, the police have no leads, and they're afraid they can't stop him. A retired FBI agent with a knack for catching serial killers is brought out of retirement to help in the manhunt. The agent, who brought Dr. Hannibal Lecter to justice, must face his old nemesis once again in order to find clues to the murderer’s identity.
