Synopsis: The story of a police officer still wracked by guilt from a hostage negotiation that went horribly awry. When a Mob accountant is taken hostage on his beat, he must negotiate the standoff, even as his own family is taken by Mob.

Comment: Revolution picked up the project in turnaround from MGM in the fall of 2002. Stratus picked it up out of turnaround from Revolution in the fall of 2003.
