Synopsis: A middle-aged man, who is a chronic dater of much younger women, finds himself falling in love with a woman his own age; she also happens to be the mother of one of his current paramours.

Comment: Pitch sold as first film in Meyers two year deal with Sony. Production was briefly shut down by Parisian actors strike.
