Synopsis: Four children step through a magic wardrobe into Narnia, a once peaceful land of talking giants, beasts, dwarfs, and fauns that is now frozen into winter by the evil White Witch.

Comment: Option on C.S Lewis' seven part series. Disney/Walden picked up rights, from Kennedy-Marshall/Paramount Pictures, after the option lapsed. expired. The two will be splitting costs on the production, north of 100 million, with Disney handling worldwide distribution rights and all ancillary rights.
