Synopsis: A day in the lives of 17-year-old sisters who find themselves mixed-up in a shady black-market transaction and the kidnapping of a senator's dog all the while being pursued by a truant officer. Throughout the process, the overachiever is due to deliver a speech to qualify for a prestigious college scholarship, while the punk-rock rebel hopes to get backstage at an underground music video shoot and slip her demo tape to the band.
