Synopsis: Ajay Singh is a middle-aged happily married small town guy with a fertile imagination. He goes alone to the big glamorous city of Mumbai to attend a wedding and is put up in an apartment. There he bumps into a beautiful, young model and aspiring actress Chandni. He already has a lurid picture of the city and when Chandni acts rather familiar, his ideas about flirtatious city women are confirmed. Chandni has her own problems, the fan in her house is out of order and she craves the air-conditioned coolness of Ajay’s apartment. He thinks she has fallen in love with him and this creats many hilarious and embarrassing situations. But Chandni brings him to his senses and a duly chastened Ajay returns to his family.
