Synopsis: A beloved two term president retires to a small East Coast town to write his memoirs. He's asked to become the local mayor but he finds himself challenged for the position by a local hardware proprietor and the election escalates into a battle royal.

Comment: Fox picked up out of turnaround from Intermedia.
