Synopsis: A thief teams up with a renowned lawyer to run a drug scam out of a New York hotel -- key to the operation is their use of an officer from the narcotics division to provide protection.

Comment: Script originated at MGM. MGM put the film in turnaround. Rifkin, when he was at Cheyenne, set-up with Lakeshore in 2002. He then took it with him when he set-up co. with Eberts. See History for attachments.
