Synopsis: The family of a international bank security chief is kidnapped, and he must shut down his own security safeguards and steal $37 million from the bank in order to save them.

Comment: Forte took out as pitch in fall of 2002, but was unable to sell it, so he wrote the story on spec which MGM purchased then put into turnaround before WB p/u. Mark Pellington dropped out due to the death of his wife.
