Synopsis: A man has a gene that causes him to unwillingly time-travel, appearing at different times in his life. The condition is brought on by stress, and his lover has no idea when or if he will reappear as he is sent back to various traumatic moments.

Comment: To be adapted from Audrey Niffenegger's novel, 'The Time Traveler's Wife' which was published Fall 2003. Van Sant previously attached to helm.
