Synopsis: In a remote region near Turkey, Charlie Snow (Stephen Baldwin) an American Special Forces Sniper, is on watch in the area and witnesses an American military vehicle, transporting surface-to-air missiles, ambushed by a group of Eastern European militia. Charlie kills three of the hijackers but unfortunately Yevon, their leader, escapes vowing to avenge their deaths. Two weeks later, Charlie is now back at home in Los Angeles walking through a park when a stranger in a phone booth calls out to him "There's a call for you". The chase starts where now Charlie is the target.
