Synopsis: After a young Hannibal Lecter escapes from an orphanage and runs away to Paris, he takes refuge at the home of his uncle. His wife, Lady Murasaki, becomes the sociopath's teacher and develops his sense of culture under her tutelage, as well as a taste for human flesh.

Comment: Dino and Martha De Laurentiis are working with author Thomas Harris on a film and novel about the origins of Hannibal Lecter. aka "Young Hannibal: Behind the Mask".
