Synopsis: After having an accident, a nuclear technician and his wife travel to Moscow. As he searches for a job he is confronted by the Russian mob.

Comment: Burns originally set up at Working Title in 2001, with Peter Berg attached to direct. When Working Title put it in turnaround, Section 8 optioned the script and set it up at UA after Warners passed on the project. Cillian Murphy and John C. Reilly once attached to star.
