Comment: 10/27/06- Wacky, nutty bidding war going on today, and seemingly into the weekend, with HR reporting that Universal Pictures has made an offer of more than $42 million for worldwide rights. Stay tuned.

10/30/06 - And it's official, Uni takes it for 42.5 which reprotedly includes 20-25 mil. prod costs and a whopping 15% gross particiapation for Cohen and possibly Roach.

9/4/07 - Now Variety is reporting the Media Rights Capital is funind production costs.
