Synopsis: The head of an anti-terrorist think tank enlists an anti-terrorist expert to assemble a "Dirty Dozen"-like team to thwart a gang of Islamic militants who have hijacked a jetliner bound for Washington D.C. Unless the U.S. government agrees to release a “political prisoner” and coughs up $50 million, they will unleash a deadly chemical on the nation’s capital. Using a newly designed stealth aircraft, the anti-terrorist squad makes a mid-air attack on the terrorists in a desperate attempt to neutralize the toxic chemical before the terrorists can release it.
