Synopsis: A martial arts expert with a keen sense of humor is sent by the CIA to go undercover to the Ukraine. His mission is to tail a woman who is involved in the transfer of nuclear secrets. The climate, as much as the CIA subterfuges and chicanery, tests his survival skills. Among other preposterous feats of daring, he must ski across rugged terrain while being pursued by gunmen in helicopters, a crazy escapade that ends up with a wild free-fall into icy Ukraine waters. His other zany ruses include going undercover as a stilt walker in a parade, testing his personal and professional balance on all levels.
