Synopsis: A martial arts expert and French police officer whose twin brother has been murdered, travels from France to New York to not only investigate his brother's demise but along the way finds out some unsettling truth's about his brother's lifestyle. He assumes his deceased brother's identity, including the happy duty of squiring his dead brother's model-beautiful girlfriend, but also is saddled with the dangerous task of dealing with the Russian Mafia as well as corrupt F.B.I. agents.
