Synopsis: A timid teacher and aspiring musician living in Washington D.C. evokes the ire of the local gang, just before being struck by a crashing meteor. The fragment imbues him with superhuman powers and bravery, as well as plenty of street smarts. With his new fighting prowess, he takes on single-handedly the local gangbangers in a series of comic confrontations on the mean streets of the nation’s capital.
