Synopsis: A photojournalist on assignment in Nepal with his girlfriend has his camp attacked by a wild werewolf, which tears his lover to shreds. In that onslaught, the photographer shoots the wolf but not before the beast bitten him. Overcome with grief, he wanders back to seek solace at his sister's home in the Pacific Northwest, living in a trailer in her backyard. While encamped there, the area endures a series of brutal murders, so ravaging that the police suspect they are the work of a grizzly bear. Eventually, his sister comes upon his journal, which reveals his nightly prowls and killings.
