Synopsis: The illegitimate son of the colossally inept but incredibly successful Inspector Clouseau takes the family mantel to investigate the kidnapping of a beautiful princess by a dastardly terrorist. Bungling along a trail of odd clues and haplessly encountering a wide array of obstacles, he traipses through his squirrelly investigation, somewhat assisted by an inept French gendarme and his father’s ever-vigilant assailant, Cato. Eventually, his blundering and improbable deductions lead him to the culprit, pitting his strongest weapon, his utter ineptitude, against the evildoer.
