Synopsis: A TV reporter, who has survived a bloody massacre, makes a tape of her experience, recounting how she and a former flame tried to figure out who was behind the death squads that had been killing Brazilian street children. She journeys to the worst Brazilian slums to meet a man who survived the slums and had become a major criminal. Along the way, she has orgiastic sex during Brazil’s Carnival. The man she finds is a murderous killer with no pangs of remorse, yet he is nevertheless at war with the child murderers who have been hired by local businessmen to do away with the ragtag kids that they feel are hampering their business.
