Synopsis: A Martian lands in Santa Barbara and befriends a TV newscaster with his extra-terrestrial capacities, including the ability to make himself invisible, as well as other types of hocus pocus from his magic bubblegum. The kindly newscaster protects the alien and allows him to repair his space ship while at the same time an aggressive reporter, and a pair of government operatives threatens the safety of the good-natured, bug-eyed Martian.
