HARRISON: "I AM FEELING FINE." Tuesday, July 10 2001    George Harrison, the former Beatle, confirmed Monday that he had undergone treatment for cancer in Switzerland but suggested that press reports about his current condition were being exaggerated by the news media. Harrison released a statement saying, "I am feeling fine and I am really sorry for the unnecessary worry which has been caused by the reports appearing in today's press. Please do not worry."
