SHOW WHITE COMING TO THE STAGE

Disney posted an audition notice Wednesday indicating that it plans to mount a stage version of its first animated feature, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, at its Disneyland Park in California beginning in late February or early March. To play the role of Snow White, Disney Entertainment Productions said, the producers are looking for a singer who is "graceful, eloquent, optimistic, romantic, has a contemporary sense about her." They're also looking for seven short men who are trained dancers. Auditions for all roles are scheduled to be held at the Hollywood Methodist Church on Monday.
