Conan O'Brien will go on a two-month, 30-city tour entitled "Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television." The announcement came via Twitter earlier today. Sidekick Andy Richter will also be a part of the tour. O'Brien signed an agreement earlier with NBC which prohibits him from appearing on television until September but it seems the former late night host has found an alternative way to stay on the comedy scene. Sponsored by American Express, the tour begins April 12 in Eugene, Oregon and ticket prices will start at $39.95.
